Rubber Moulds

Jewelry Manufacturer & Wholesalers

At NAGOSA JEWELRY, we bridge the gap between a stunning design and a successful commercial jewelry . While creativity drives us, precision and repeatability are what allow us to deliver for our wholesale and brand partners. One of the most critical, behind-the-scenes steps in achieving this is the rubber mold making process.
Whether you are a brand looking for a private label collection or a retailer seeking a dependable wholesale supplier, understanding these processes ensures you are partnering with a manufacturer dedicated to quality at every stage.

Mold Preparation

The master mold is pressed between two pieces of silicone rubber. The frame is then placed in a vulcanizing press, where heat and pressure transform the rubber into a solid, durable block.

Cutting Mold

Once cooled, the solid rubber block is removed. This is where skill meets science. Our master mold makers carefully cut the block open using specialized tools. This isn't a simple slice; it's a surgical process to ensure the master can be removed without damaging the cavity and that wax can later be injected and removed easily.
